In spite of his busy schedule, Christian Bautista found time to visit eight St. Augustine School of Nursing (SASN) campuses nationwide bringing joy, not only to the students from the various campuses, but also to the people that came for the Medical Missions that were set up inside some of the school grounds. Christian’s campus tour included the St. Augustine branches in Mandaluyong, Makati, Lagro, Quezon City, Lucena, Lipa, Iloilo and Davao.
From the time Christian was selected as celebrity endorser for St. Augustine School of Nursing, he expressed a desire to participate in the school’s Medical Mission activities as a way of giving back for the many blessings and continued successes he enjoys. That is why he made time for this St. Augustine campus tour early part of the year. Fresh from his dancing, singing and acting stint from “The Kitchen Musical,” Asia’s first ever TV musical series, he is teaming up with Karylle for their very first concert together, “Love and Laughter” on Feb. 29 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater at Resorts World Manila.
In 2002, St. Augustine School of Nursing pioneered Professional Caregiving in the Philippines. It was also the first to offer 2-year Practical Nursing in 2004. Today, hundreds of its graduates are working in Canada, U.S.A., U.K., Abu Dhabi, Manila and all over the world. A member of the AMA Education System, St. Augustine School of Nursing offers courses like 6-month Professional Caregiving, 1-year Healthcare Services (Nursing Aide), 2-year Practical Nursing, 2-year Wellness and Hospitality Management, BS Nursing and BS Education.
